Erasmus+ gives students and teachers the possibility to gain work experience abroad, enhance school performance, increase employability and improve job prospects, as well as broaden their personal development and participation in society.
In EURO EXPERIENCE we constantly work to give schools and any educational centre, the opportunity to implement their Erasmus+ project in Málaga.

EURO EXPERIENCE offers to any student enrolled in a higher education institution the opportunity to take from 2 weeks to 6 months internship in Spanish companies during which they perform tasks related to their field of study to improve and acquire new technical skills as well as enhance their transversal skills.
All the work placements are organized according to the sending schools and the participants’ profiles. One of our training coordinator is in charge of providing the most appropriate internship for each student, as well as the coordination and evaluation of each host company involved.
The steps we follow to organize a successful internship in Málaga are:
- Selection and interview: before the participants begin the internship at the host company, we ask them to send us an Europass CV and a short informative document with their personal and working skills. Subsequently, we establish an initial contact between them and the company tutors and we introduce the interns to all the job necessities.
- Introduction day: on the first day we accompany the participants to their work placements and we provide them with all the useful information, such as time schedules, uniforms, tasks and other issues that help clarify any possible doubts.
- Monitoring & Evaluation: once the interniship has begun, we stay in contact with the students and their teachers, as well as with the host company tutors, in order to check if everything works correctly and ensure that the students feel supported at every single stage of their experience.
- Final assessment: at the end of the internship, we make sure that all documents are completed and signed to confirm participant’s skills evaluation and the internship experience.

Training experiences for teacher and staff
- Work experience: just like VET students, training opportunities are available to staff working in education, both in teaching and non-teaching capacities. Here in Málaga we can offer to teaching staff the possibility to carry out a period of training both within a Spanish school, together with a teacher of their specialization, or in a company linked to their sector.
- Job-shadowing: thanks to our collaboration with local Spanish schools, public entities, and training centres, we can offer teachers and staff the opportunity to enhance their skills and acquire new ones, through a stay in an educational centre or a local company, accompanying and observing a professional in charge of similar functions. This experience will open your eyes to new possibilities, enhancing your teaching methodologies, and ultimately making a positive impact on your students.
- Professional visits: in addition to job-shadowing, teachers and staff can have the possibility of carrying out study visit programs with us. These are short-term training programs, lasting one or two weeks, where visits are made to local schools and companies or organizations in a specific sector of specialization to build relationships with international peers and gain fresh ideas.
- Professional development courses: we also offer structured courses that are an ideal way for European teachers to be up to date with the latest methodologies and the most innovative technologies applied to training and teaching. We can customize the courses to satisfy the teacher’s need and necessity.
